Mom's Club Baby Shower - Fall 2009

Bi-Annual Mom’s Club Baby Shower Sponsored by The Chattanooga Jr. League at T.C. Thompson’s Children’s Hospital on Wednesday November 4, 2009.

The Mom’s Club is a Program that combines prenatal health education and community support for expectant mothers.  It meets once a month at 6 locations throughout Hamilton County.   The bi-annual baby shower is a celebration for the mom’s accomplishment in completing health literacy classes, led by Judith Miller of RE:START – The Center for Adult Education,  and to celebrate the birth of their healthy babies.  The Junior League members provided 38 diaper bags filled with goodies for the baby and books were provided by Read 20.

For information and/or schedule for Mom’s Clubs about this program go to Baby Basics web page or call Judith Miller at 855-4443 ext.20.
