RE:START believes in Main Street and Battle Academy

On December 5, 2009, RE:START - The Center for Adult Education hosted the Mainx24 Carnival Fundraiser at Battle Academy. Mainx24 is an event celebrating the rejuvenation of Main Street and the surrounding Southside area. The Mainx24 Parade ended at Battle Academy with a Carnival and Christmas Concert by the Battle Choir. There were games including cake walk, face painting, and many more! This event also acted as RE:START's 50th Anniversary Kick-off. Over $200 was raised in support of Battle Academy and new playground equipment.

Thank you to all who participated!
